Teaching Artists - Summer Camp
Join us at REACH Studio Art Center for our exciting week-long summer camps for ages 6-8 and 8-11 (up to 15 campers)! We're seeking Teaching Artists to lead engaging sessions in various art forms
Pay: $625 per 4-hour camp
Schedule: Monday–Friday, mornings or afternoons
Deadline: Rolling; proposals due Feb 1, 2026
Dates: No camps June 29–July 10
Teaching Artists are supported by a Teaching Assistant and have access to fully equipped studios and art supplies. Camps may explore visual, performing, and digital arts, including sculpture, media, fiber, filmmaking, printmaking, upcycled materials, and art inspired by nature. New ideas welcome.
Teaching Assistants - Summer Camp
We’re seeking full- and half-day Assistant Teaching Artists to join our summer camp team as seasonal employees, working Monday–Friday.
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: June 8–August 7, weekdays between 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Deadline: Applications due March 13, 2026
Dates: No camps June 29–July 10
Assistant Teaching Artists support camps for ages 6–8, 8–11, and 10–15, working alongside Teaching Artists in fully equipped studios with provided supplies. Camp themes may include visual, performing, and digital arts such as sculpture, media, fiber, filmmaking, fashion, upcycled art, and nature-inspired projects.

Models pose partially clothed (bathing suit, spandex, or similar), with basic training provided. Applicants should be comfortable holding poses up to 20–30 minutes at a time (with breaks), be reliable, and work well with instructors and students. This role receives a small stipend per session.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Positions are filled as needed.
REACH offers year-round studio classes and workshops across a wide range of art forms, including 2D and 3D media, and occasionally performing or literary arts. Programs run in eight-week terms from October through May, Tuesday–Saturday, with most classes lasting 1–2 hours in the late afternoon and evening. Saturday classes are held between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm.
Classes serve five age groups: Early Learners (2–5), Children & Youth (6–13), Teens & Young People (14–19), Adults (18+), and Intergenerational.
