REACH in the Time of COVID-19
We are committed to keeping our staff, students, volunteers and visitors safe from spread of the corona virus and are temporarily closed with all in-person activities canceled until it is safe to open our doors! We are working hard from our individual homes to plan for the day when we can be back in our facility doing art with you.
Summer Camps are Canceled
We were so excited to spend a portion of the summer with you making art, however, in the interest of the health and safety of all in our community, we believe this is the best possible decision. Even with every precaution, plan, and preparation put in place, the risks are too great and the situation surrounding COVID-19 remains too precarious.
On the bright side, the entire REACH team has sprung into action to create a plan for alternative programming. While these can never replace the enrichment of a summer camp or in-person class, we are all very excited to bring these plans to life and continue our work advancing the mission of REACH.
On behalf of all of us on staff, thank you for your continued support of REACH’s programs and for nurturing creative expression and artistic growth! We hope to see you soon. Stay safe.

Keep Doing Art!
We want to support the many artists and teaching artists who have created content and creative activities for you to do at home. Here are some resources we’ve started to collect if you are looking for ideas for art-making from home to do. You can also check out:

Art Supply Kit initiative
Several generous neighbors and area businesses have provided some art supplies to create art kits for area youth in need. If you are without basic art supplies, are a household with children, and know you could use some art supplies, please contact us and we will work on getting you some art materials. Put “need art supplies” in subject line of your email, or leave your contact information on our voicemail at 517.999.3643.
